How Do You Submit Scores to the Metaverse?

Will someone please post a step-by-step for this. It is not intuitive and there is no "upload" option on any screen I have seen in the Metaverse or on my Empire screen (the one I created in the Metaverse). None of the metaverse related threads have dealt concisely with this.

Once you finish a game and are on the Summary screen, once you hit done if you are connected to the net it will bring up a screen allowing you to submit your score. If your not connected to the net it drops right back to the main menu as far as I have been able to tell. Hope that helps.

Uh huh.....well I was not connected to the net when I finished the summary screen. How do I get back to it and submit my score?

If you've got a stale autosave/savegame, go back to that.

Having said that, I've submitted two scores now and I'm still showing up as 0/0. What's the lag between submitting a score and having it show up?

If it's going to work it should show up almost instantly.

It doesnt work for a lot of people, and apparently, even when it does work there is no feedback.

I figure we did not ever get our score uploaded. This is an area badly in need of documentation and automation aimed at a programming illiterate audience.

Maybe there is a problem between the names when I registered and the names for the Metaverse empire?

Check Brad's new thread at the top of the forum. He says there are fixes on the way. I downloaded the betas for them and they look alright. I still can't upload my scores. I don't think it's a problem with names; I've reregistered mine eight times now and it doesn't do any good. It looks like you're on a dialup. So am I. You're going to have to Alt-Tab out of the summary screen before you hit Done and connect to the internet. After you do this you'll get the option to send. I started a few threads that are scraping the bottom here but I don't think they got anything better than what you've accumulated here. I don't think we'll hear anything official until after the new patch comes out and they let the dust settle from it.
