Does anyone know what screen.exe is?

I noticed several instances of screen.exe running on my computer. When I checked it out on sysinfo.org it said that it was the SDBOT-ACO WORM. I then followed the instructions on how to remove it but could not find the registry entries. So, I researched it some more on google, and found it mentioned a few times in regards to Window Blinds 6. Considering I just installed Window Blinds 6, I thought I would post on here and see if anyone knows what screen.exe is, and whether it is just a Window Blinds process. Thanks for the help.

It *is* a WB process.  There should be only one and why there is sometimes more is being looked at (I believe),
It should be invoked when a skin changes.

It's safe.  All is good.

yes screen.exe is a part of windowblinds. if you open the WB configuration window then click on system info you will see it in the list of files associated with windowblinds.
if windowblinds is the only place that this file exists i think you can feel safe that it is not anything malicious.

screen.exe should only show up when WB is changing skins

Yep, Screen.exe is what draws Please Wait. I can assure you this is not a virus/spyware or otherwise malicious file in any way. Unless you had a security app complain about it (in which case you will want to notify us either here or at [email protected] and include the name/version of the app you're using so we can report the false positive) you should be ok.
