Can anyone make subtle animations to this?

I really like this default vista wallpaper but I'd like to see it animated

I don't want to get distracted or get dizzy or simply get annoyed with it. I'm thinking very subtle things like making the clouds move and the grass/hay/whatever move with the wind. Something soothing.


The reason I ask is because I browsed through around 10 pages for one that was similar but a lot of them were dark desktops. I prefer light desktop backgrounds :\

I can try... I don't know about the clouds though... I have never attempted clouds, because I rarely use clouds in my photos

Not bad! I'm a noob but I'm interested in creating Dreams. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as programs to use etc...? I've read the "tut" on it but the program is $3,500.00 & that's a little expensive. Are there other TUT's around here somewhere?
