Ok people, i know i created a few Hotly debatelable Threads, this time i just want people to share what it is that makes their Desktop experiences, truly a dreamy setting and a pleasure zone.
i have read alot of forums here on WC and all over the web with benchmark results and what the innerds of their powerhouse PCs are....So i start it all off by telling you my PC specs withouth a benchmark info embedment::::
---HP Vectra VL420 MT,
--640 Megabytes or ram,
--120 gigabyte HDD with XP installed
--Nvidia Geforce 6800 XE Biostar Edition= (256 megabyte, DDR2)AGP with Dual 400 mghz Ramdac and 64 bit floating point texture filtering & blending, with a custom fansink which is an::
--"ultra Quiet" Zalman high performance VGA cooler VF700-AICu,
--Pentium 4 @ 2.1 Ghz
-- Thermaltake, custom blue Light Emitting Diode system fan
--Backlit Saitek eclipseII Universal Serial Bus keyboard that has Three lighting color presets :Red Blue and Violet and a has a dimmer jogger dial
--the stock case was stripped of all plastic and Will be painted high gloss black or another high gloss color(maybe blue)
--DVD rom, and CDRW drive both by Samsung (when it was stock it had cheap versions of these)
-- a zip Drive (not used Just looks cool)
--High performance IDE cable set for both HDD and Compact disk/DVD rom drives
and my softwares of choice are as follows::
--Object desktop with all but things made for visa installed!
My computer is really stable with this configuration, of course its low end, but it can dish out visually enhanced games and media, given its a low budget modified computer!

also-- if you are looking into buying stuff for your PC, be sure to have someone help you in making the right choices who is knowldgeable about PCs as far as hardware or software , and you can ask me, sublime20 to help you or any one in this thread who posts for info or advice too
