racial points

not sure if this has been addressed elsewhere, but is there any way (short of outright hacking the game) to increase the number of racial points you have to spend.

Just modify the appropriate .customracexml file if you have DA. The spendable points can't be changed in DL, though, so you'd need to add abilities manually in the .raceconfig files.
