5C trade route bug?

In previous betas several of us reported that in the latger galaxy sizes, trade routes established between two systems far apart were reported, when they were established and on the domestic policy window, to be between the alien system and a different system than that which had actually built the freighter. It was as if any trade route that was too long for some limitation in the code was being reallocated to a source system that was close enough for the game to handle.
Well now in 5C I've built a freighter in the Alcinous system, but when it arrived at its target Yor system, the domestic policy trade window reports it as having originated in the Odin system, which is twice as far away from the Yor system as Alcinous is. So it seems to me that there is still a bug related to trade, although I can't tell if it is just an error in the reporting of the source of the trade route, or if the whole route (including value) is misattributed to the wrong system.
I've only seen the error once, and unlike the earlier reports it doesn't seem correlated to length of the trade route. I apologize for not being able to pin this down any better. The only thing I can find in the debug.err file is this, which doesn't indicate the system of origin of the freighter:
