Gloss isn't working

Hey guys, I got a quick question. I was following Mormegils' tutorial on how to gloss in CorelDraw, and for some reason it never works for me. I draw the 2 circles at first and then blend them but I get these really annoying rings in the cirles, does anyone know how I can get rid of them?

Gloss is much easier in photoshop.... www.good-tutorials.com has a billion tut's that will show you how.

I am making one big blue cirlce, then I copy that circle, change it to a lighter blue, make it smaller and set blend to 20 and click the blend button.

Make sure that both circles have no outline
