Ever designed a ship you absolutely loved?

I'm a newcomer, but it seems we have quite a creative bunch here on the forums. I'd like to see what alot of you vet players have designed, and if you dont mind even writing a little history about it. Why did it arise, what was its purpose, famous battles etc.

So this is a thread where you can post all your favourite ship designs, if you can then please upload an image of your ship, that would be awsum.

Lookin forward to seeing what the people on here have to show (Hopefully people will respond!)

I designed a series of ships that look like insects. My favourite one is the medium hull which looks like a bug in flight and it happens to look awesome in the battle screen!

I cannot post tho because i am at work!

I built most of them before i figured out i can turn components around! i was using the little square blocks to get things turned the way i wanted!!
