Deskacapes makes explorer crash

Every time I go to fullscreen

I couldn't find a link that said "tech support" or anything like that, and I searched the forums and didn't find a similar problem, so here goes.

Whenever I would run a program that needed to run in fullscreen, such as any games or even media players, I would get the message "Windows Explorer has stopped working," then the screen would switch between several different display modes and finally give up and bring me back to the sesktop. After going through this process two or three times, the program would finally run. I thought the problem was with my video drivers, but according to Vista's problem reporter, it was Deskscapes.
Sure enough, as soon as I removed Deskscapes, the problem went away. Here is a copy of the report:

The date is just a random event I picked. I have over 30 events that are all the same.
Despite it saying "Solution Available," it just said to install the latest version of Vista. I'm up-to-date on all of that.
I really like Deskscapes and even paid for a few of the premium dreams. However, I can't keep having my computer crash like this. I am on an HP dv9000 laptop with Vista Ultimate x64, GeForce Go 7600, 4GB of RAM. I really hope the newest version of Deskscapes solves this problem, because it's only been an hour, and I already miss my photo collage wallpaper.

I have had explorer crash on Vista for a number of reasons. Strangely enough I don't think I have ever had it crash due to deskscapes but other things for sure.

Never mind. It seems that installing 1.02 fixed the problem. It was very hard to find 1.02, though.

Okay, after a great deal of experimentation, I have determined that it is definitely deskscapes and nothing else that is making explorer crash. I knew that it was, but I wanted to try and see if it still caused the problems with the newest NVidia drivers, and even with Service Pack 1. Still the same problem.
If I uninstall deskscapes, the problem goes away completely. If I reinstall deskscapes, the problem reoccurs after I reboot. Will 2.0 fix this? I hate to think of all the money I wasted on the dreams I bought.

It's unquestionably a problem with the dll.

I am not saying it is the problem but I do know that the GeForce Go 7600 has Vista/ Driver issues all on its own. It's worth googling. :)

I have had the same problem for weeks now. I too have the hp dv9000. I love deskscapes, but I feel his pain, I cannot continue to have explorer crash time after time.
I hope there is a solution with 2.0.

I have a dv6000 series and my explorer also crashes when first starting Deskscapes.  :NOTSURE: Just did a huge nvidia update the other night too (after which I was finally able to actually use dreams).
