Interesting dilemna for Matt.  I did not see the wish for it to change, only for the wish for an out.  But getting his wish was not apparently what he wanted.  Or was it?  Iti s hard to get dumped, regardless of the realization that it should happen.

You know, isn't that the truth? I'm not sure if Matt wanted an out or a change either, but I think he NEEDED it, and Suzie knew it. I think Matt was so fixated on his duty, and not on what he wanted, that he never thought about how Suzie felt, or what she was thinking.
