no tokens from totalgaming store delaying preorder

I have placed an order for some tokens some hours ago. I still haven't received any reply from the totalgaming store about the order or how to use the tokens. This has the unfortunate side-effect that I can't preorder before I get them. Which leads to my real question which is more fitting for this forum. :)

I would like to know if I'm still eligeble to participate in the Beta test, despite me ordering today/late?

(I know I'm slow :) )

If I remember correctly preordering with tokens will give you beta access even if the beta is already closed. As such, you should still be eligeble to participate in the beta.

There's no TotalGaming.net membership in your account.  If you didn't get a receipt via email, then your order probably didn't go through. Please contact [email protected] to see what happened.

The reciept arrived a little while ago after an email to sales.

I thought I could activate it online from work, but i see it requires me to install the Stardock client software, which I'll do as soon as I get home.
