Activision Blizzard Updates Release Schedule For Activision Properties

Activision Blizzard has come out with their first press release after yesterday's big news of a Viviendi Games/Activision merger. The release reiterates what was already known, including new entries into the James Bond franchise, Guitar Hero and a racing game from newly purchased Bizarre Creations. The only new information presented is that the company is already hard at work on Call of Duty 5 which is set for deployment next year. The quick turnaround of CoD4 to CoD5 almost certainly means that Infinity Ward, the franchise's original developer, will be skipping this iteration as they did with CoD3.
