In recent months there has been talk that a new FPS is in the works and finally we have enough proof to run this story in confidence.
Internet jockeys equipped with anything that can take a picture have proven that the rumor is not one at all, with numerous grainy and not so grainy photographs of the January 2008 edition of Game Informer. The cover is splashed with Command & Conquer: Tiberium art and continues Game Informer's recent streak of global premieres of unannounced games. Posters claim that GI details include that the game will be a squad-based shooter such as Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and that the title will be set 11 years after the end of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. The EALA developed title is expected to ship for PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC at in an undisclosed time frame.
