HOW does it WORK

I have tried and tried and researched all I could why is it when I download a dream from in the .dream format it will not work. I get a windows media error. Am I not downloading them correctly or is there something I am just missing can someone please pleas helps this Newb out and give me a quick tutorial on how to get these to work????? anyone please?????

Vista ultimate -> buy it if you dont have it

dreamscene is auto downloaden by the ms updates (ultimate extra's)

deskscape can you download from this frontpage (just look around you'll find it
