Where's all the Icon skins?

Hey everyone, I hate to be one of those people that complains, but for the past month (since Nov 24th), there as been no new IconPackager skins/themes. Is there a strike I am not aware of? I enjoy installing new themes on my Vista 64 but haven't been as of late. I would like to know where my money goes to pay for OD. If there is no new skins, then someone is getting rich :(

I think you need a wake up call pal. People make icon packages as a hobby, they do it for free. It takes a lot of hard work to produce a complete package, and many months.

No one gets rich making skins. They do it for the love of skinning and not for any renumeration. A little appreciation of their hard work and dedication would be nice  :) 

The money for OD goes to pay for the program and its development. That has nothing to do with the skins uploaded here.

People don't sell their icons, buttermaker. The only ones that are for sale are the 3 sets in the WC store. You ever see a "master Icon Package"? Didn't think so.

If I want a change with themes and there isnt any new theme out then I try to search for some old themes either on my computer or on Wincustomize. The galleries here are too content rich that you cant say that you have tried everything and got bored of.
So just try to search.

There are 743 Icon Packages in the IP gallery.....surely there must be one or two you don't have, buttermaker.....

A good solution,buttermaker, would be to purchase Object Desktop...download Icon Developer, which is in the package, and make your own Icons. You'll get some good practice in the fine art of skinning or you'll be glad to use whatever is available at WC...or both.

Yes, the Icon "skinners" (I didn't know you skinned icons) are on strike with the Writer's Guild in Hollywood, and are kicked back right now raking in millions from all that money SD is paying them for their contracts........ ;p

I guess appreciation doesn't fit some people. Apparently 744 (I think) free icon packages isn't good enough. Dammit, all you icon skinners (still puzzled over that- do you skin icons?), get to work! This strike had better end before SD brings in the scabs (hopefully none of you take this seriously).....
