Where in the game (menu etc) can you see what version GAL CIV is running?

Is there a place to look or click to see if it says
Galactic Civilizations version 1.01a etc?

I could not find it on the game but if you are registered with SDC and you logon, it tells you what version of the game you are currently running.

It should appear at the top of the options screen.
