Question about metaverse

The next question is if your e-mail addresses match. Do you have the same one set as the one you registered with to submit games?

If the alias is entered and you entered the Email address that is in Stardocks records the submittion should go through.

When the game is submitted you must be online and there is no tactile feedback the submission was successfull.

If you press the submit button and immediately get dumped back to the main menu the submission failed.

Alrighty then yes I use Punk-Mentor in the game to submit, but my email adress might be incorrect. Is it suposed to have my name down there along with the email address, or just by itself?
Also I forgot to mention that when I tell it to submit it goes directly to in-game menu and puts up a box that says: Status send 2 Error 0. Or at least something like that, but anyway thanks for any more help anyone can offer!

Not quite sure what you mean, the second spot should just have the e-mail address you used to register. Put that there, and it should work.

Another possibility is that you may have a firewall blocking your access, you may have to disable that to get the game through. Also, make certain you are connected before you try to submit.

Ok this is an anwser to Vision of tomorrow: I mean the second spot where it says email this is what mine says: John Greenwood @ then my email right here. That is exactly what it says and I don't have enough expience to know if that is right or not. Thanks for any help!

I registered along time ago, Stardock asked for an Email address and responded with my serial number.

When you registered Stardock did not ask for an Email address ?

This is the email address they are after.


When I put hotmail it was only after an example.

What e-mail adress did you put when you have been regestering the player name? put the same one in the column where it asks you to submit the game + make sure you got the same player name

P.S. don't think that hotmail the only account Stardock except!

There are three boxes that need to be filled.

First: Alias box place Punk-Mentor

Second: Box before @ sign is where you put part of your email that appears before @ sign

ie: say your email is ***@####, put *** in first box

Third: Box after @ sign is where you put part of email after @ sign.

For above exmaple, put #### in second box.

Fourth: Hit Submit button and wait for main menu to appear (might take several seconds).
