Dreamscene will not restart

Hi have some trouble with dreamscene. Dreamscene works perfectly until it pauses say when the screen saver turns on or when I maximize a window, after that it will not restart when the screen saver is turned off again or the window minimized. The only way to restart the dreamscene is to change the wallpaper to either a still wallpaper or another dreamscene then back again. Anybody have any suggestions? One more thing the CPU usage is normally 20% when the dreamscene is running but about 60% when won't restart.

What about dynamic dreams (like bouncing box)

Tried bouncing box and that worked fine. Then tried copper pool and exotic plasma and they also worked fine. I then did some investigating and found that it seems to be wmv videos that are the problem, dynamic and mpg work fine.
