I dunno man, my breath is pretty rank... Forward motion will not nullify a sidward force. Sorry man, I pictured a missile with an array of thrusters duct-taped to the end of poles and thought it quite silly.

well it can move it, just not to any significant speed very quickly.

rotation is a completely different concern however. I assume that you would use them for adjusting torque.
