Is this picture really from Sins of a Solar Empire

I was just checking Gamespot for some new Sins pictures, and came across some that were posted on the 10th. To my surprise, the last picture was of some ogres shooting flame arrows at other ogres.

Is this a real Sins of a Solar Empire picture, or did they just make a mistake.
