What do you mean by done? It should've been feature locked a while back, now it should be the last balancing/bug hunts before it goes into production.

It's not going to actually be "done" until we get a gold announcement :P

well, as far as we know, they may well be done and have sent the final release candidate to MS for Games fer Winders Certifications... of course they can't announce Gold until said certification is given, but iirc it takes about 2 weeks for MS to do their thing. Given the announcement Frogboy made yesterday, I find it highly likely that they have in fact submitted the final release candidate.
