Sierra Returning To 'Leisure Suit Larry'
'Box Office Bust' To Attack Hollywood

IGN has word that Sierra will be returning Leisure Suit Larry to his roots with the announcement of Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust. The new title will be coming from a different developer after the previous entry, Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, was panned by critics and fans alike for deviating from the franchise's adventure roots.
Sierra's John Melchior, the Executive Producer for LSL 9, stated that the title would feature no nudity, commenting "I have always been a believer that Nudity is a mask for poor gameplay. There is no Nudity in this version of Larry, in the old days it was 'Taboo' to see nudity in games but now people are just a google search away on the Internet, it has lost the 'cool' factor it once had."
Melchior also confirmed that series creator Al Lowe would have no involvement in the title. Lowe missed out on Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude also. As for Box Office Bust's storyline Melchior stated that the lovable loser will be hitting Hollywood with Grandma's Boy's Allen Covert penning the story.
