anyone on the Oblivion Forums

Hi Everyone,

I posted on the Bethesda Forums regarding Sins on their general forum at www.elderscrolls.com. If anyone is on that forum, please contribute by telling people what the game is like. Thanks

Cool! Lots of our community members are on TES:O official forums given we are making the DBC mod. A few of team members will be getting Sins when it is released as well. I even talked a couple of them into pimping Sins on the other TES forums in their signatures with the cool banner images.

I went ahead and dropped by to talk a little. Turned into an essay for some reason. Anyone who feels like helping out, please do :D

Edit:

BTW, while topic bumping isn't nice, if anyone else has something to add they can -- and should :D -- feel free to do so. Please.

OK Ron you pressured me into doing a post at this hour of the night for me. It is not much given it is 3:00AM and I'm brain dead after nearly 48 hours of no sleep. But hey I'm committed to the cause as you know. What follows is my quick post:

It is truly a well developed title worthy of any strategy gamers time. This is especially so if that person is interested in space or science fiction based titles. It is also a well designed RTS on so many levels to boot. It is likely the first title to effectively and efficiently blend both types of games together and do so in a very intuitive and easy to understand but hard to master mechanical system. The scope and scale of the game and its subsystems are simply amazing to say the least. Additionally the solo AI is truly a work of art and challenging on all levels of play the multi-player aspects are pretty innovative and progressive. It even sports a pretty sweet multi-player save system for those extra long marathon games extending over 48 hours (or less if you are not so hardcore).

Moreover the developer as well as the publisher are truly active within the community, all the way up to both company presidents and they truly listen to and respond to the community; although they dont always give the answer you want they always explain their reasons. It is a real partnership for all intents and purposes between the consumer and producer. The game can be played on low end systems as well as laptops all the way up to God boxes without any known issues to date. It is an amazing piece of finely crafted coding.

The value one will get with this title is also another major reason to support it. The developers will be releasing a full set of tools for mods soon after the release of the title and shortly after that ultra high resolutions packs as well as updates and additional free content and much more.

In short, you simply cant go wrong with this title if you value any of the above mentioned things.
