Pre order gone wrong?

Pre ordered the download + hard copy boxed edtion

Hi folks, I'm a big a fan of the stuff that the good people of stardock does and I own object desktop X and a few other things. Anyways I've looked through my finances to find out I could order today and I did but here is my question.


I've tried to log in to the store with my newely created account when I ordered on the order link and it says I cannot login with the new account or even with this account to check on my pre order status.

I would really like to download my game and start playing Sins of the solar Empire.

OK, sounds like something may have gotten screwed up with SDC... but just so you know, you can only play the beta if you pre-order using TGN tokens -- regular pre-orders will open up on the day they ship the game, and allow you to play the release version.

Ok and yes something screwed up and I don't know how to fix it.

Plus I would like to change my stardock username wookiee to Dman or something that I normally use.

The store uses separate account from SDC. So even if you have a forums/SDC account, you need to create one (if you want, it just saves your address and payment info so it's optional) there. Make sure to use the same email address on the store as you do here though.

You can change your own name via the My Account link above, then to the Stardock Account page.
