Friday Freewrite

How much longer will it take for this clock to move,
I need to get away from this place fast and soon,
and it's barely past noon,
If this day blew anymore it would be a typhoon.

And in the path of the weathering destruction,
It would tear apart all of these silly obstructions,
keep me from my girl on the day of her birth,
so I shouldn't jump up and down and curse.

Swearing, though I'm thinking about what you're wearing,
I've got pink shoelaces and with a bottle I'll be sharing,
I'm kind, considerate, and caring...and not the least bit cocky,

I appear more frail than stocky,
If I was a door you'd knock me,
and you're the jolt that shocks me,
and this job is the lineman who blocks me.

I'm headed due south with nappy roots blastin' out the windows,
rolled down all the way hanging out my elbows.

Trucker tans, and biker hands,
maps, hopes and plans....

I'm you're number one fan,
now let me into your stands.

Mig - yeah, my freewrites are where I just start typing and see what happens...for better or for worse.
