Windows shortcuts to MAC style

Hello. I recently downloaded this skin at;

My question is for anyone who knows the answer and it is this:


How Do I take the windows shortcut icons (the .ico picture file) and make it act and like the MAC icons?
That is to say I want to basically take my windows icons and turn em into mac icons. By that I mean the Size, Scale, Animation, etc. of the MAC icons.

Im still new at trying to creat stuff but I would like to learn.

Any advice/help is appreciated. Thank you. :)

texasjgc I think what you might want to look at is IconX. Check the link out. I haven't used it myself, but it might be what you are looking for.

Okay, I just checked it out. Looks like the answer to my question, but......I am wondering if this is the only software like this out there? Or are there others?

I ask because I dont want to buy this then see something better later on. When I buy anything I always like to window shop before I make a decision.

texasjgc don't know if there are other programs out there. A web search maybe under Icons, or Widows Desktop Icon Customizing or something similar might find something. Worth a try. ;)
