Can I share tokens?

So I got 10 tokens ordered beta 4 and OMG i am dowloading with 1 mb a sec

Now i was wondering if I could use my spare tokens to buy a copy for my friend. Is this possible? Can i just order it twice and let my friend use the serial in his stardock account.
