How do I attach Sins to my Stardock account games if I Pre-order from the store?

I just want to make sure to follow the right steps.

It seems like it does not matter if I click on links on this site or click the buy link when in Stardock central, in either case it does not seem to be tied to my Stardock account. What is the process to getting everything tied together? Will I get a key that I register in Stardock central once the game is released or should I be able to tie it in beforehand when purchasing? Will this all be tied together still when/ if Central converts over to totalgaming.net?

The store account isn't the same as the Stardock account, AFAIK. You'll be emailed a serial # to register on Stardock Central so you can download the game ;)

As far as i know both are the same thing, if you order the game through the sins page you'll end up at stardocks store where you can log in using your stardock account. Annatar is correct though, once the purchase is confirmed you will be e-mailed the serial number that you need to enter in Stardock Central, which grants you acces to the download. As for the new total gaming thing, Stardock = Total Gaming, its just their games portal. Buying TG Tokens is done through the Stardock store. ;)

No, actually Annatar is correct. For security reasons your Stardock.net account is entirely separate from your Stardock Store account (if you have one). ;)

After you get your serial number, you can enter it into Stardock Central and it will register to your Stardock.net account.
