Help PLEASE

Just bought new computer and its running vista Home premium....my questions are1)What controls all this pop ups that ask you dumb questions and 2) how and where can I turn them off or get rid of them all together????

Go to the start menu > run > type in msconfig > go to the last tab and find Disable UAC, and run it. Goodbye UAC.

Here's a link to TweakVista (<- Click it), Stardock's utility for Vista. Consider also buying the full version (more features). Object Desktop (<- Click it) which includes TweakVista is the package to buy if you want to have some real control with Vista's UI. :HOT:
