Help with terror star creation please

I have seen the previous threads on terror stars and still I cannot see how to make on. I have the money. I have 4 constructors sitting on a starbase waiting to do the upgrade, yet I do not have an option for it. I left the united planets incase they had voted against it and still no option. where in hades is it?

You need to have researched terror star. If you have researched terror star you should be able to build it.

The modules for terror star appear under the Military tab, though you may need to scroll through the list to find the modules.

After you researched terror star you need do researched something else can remember the name of the tech. the Terror star tech in it self only gets you 10% influence or something like that its just a prequestit(spelling) for the other terror star tech
