How to rename Ships and such

Hey guys I know this question is probably stupid but how do you rename your ships that you build. I couldnt find it in the manual but I just know you can do it can you give me a little hand here, Thanks

Should jsut have to click on the name of the ship in the Ship Data panel (lower right on the main map). A window will pop up and allow you to rename your vessel
