Order Question (title edited to be less dramatic)

Firstly this is not a moan or a bitch its a sincere technical question.

I am looking at the StarDock store and logged in as myself, I have placed a pre order but when I select "My Account" I do not see any product listed nor do I see anything under "View past orders"

Should I take this to mean that I dont have a standing preorder and I need to do so now, or does page simply not display any preorders?

Any help appreciated.

That just means your order hasn't been processed yet. "Past Orders" will only show "processed orders.

The pre-orders are not yet fully processed. They are currently being processed in the order in which they were received. The pre-orders are scheduled to be finished by 8PM EST (GMT-5:00).

preorders are not charged to your CC/Debit card from what I understand. Only when it is processed and you are given your Serial is your card charged. I say this because earlier today I looked at past orders and there was nothing. Just checked now and It is on there after I recieved a key.

Thats awesome, so essentially i can expect my late pre-order to be processed almost last :P

Well i've got charged allready, i use wirecard debit mastercard so i can check real time what has been charged, i checked my account like 2 hours ago and the money was allready gone. But i didn't get any serial yet.
