Should CursorFX be showing in Theme Manager (yet)?

(Today seems to be "angry day" here at the forum, so I ask this very quietly and almost apologetically)

I just switched from CursorXP to CursorFX, and it all went very well, thank you. CursorFX isn't showing in Theme Manager and I'm wondering if it should be, whether or not I need to uninstall/reinstall Theme Manager. Thanks.

(Slinks back off into the shadows.) :)

Theme Manager is in need of another update. Shouldn't be too long then.

As of asking the plan is in the next few weeks. With as crazy as it gets around here this is as close to a precise answer as you can get right now. :)

I'm probably one of the few folks that still use Theme Manager.  :SURPRISED:

Will MyColors (the app) be the replacement for Theme Manager?  :NOTSURE:

Gee then I have to learn how to use the replacement for SDC also. You people just don't want me to have any free time.

No you are not the only one that uses that program. I often recomend to people to use it. The plan of this moment (check the date before you quote me) is to update it with all the current new programs and updated programs this year. Still a great tool.

What's the status on an update to Theme Manager? I notice this thread started back in Feb and it's almost the end of July now. I just finished downloading the Ultimate package and added CursorFX and it doesn't show up in Theme Manager. My version is Theme Manager 2007 ver 2.50c.049

You are quite correct. Things got shuffled around in the projects not long after my Feb responses. One of the most difficult things when making interacting software is to... well get them to interact correctly. It was decided with many updates to popular software that they needed to be more polished and streamlined, hence they needed more development. This includes MyColors, WindowBlinds, Icon Packager, and the new comer Impulse of course.

Since Theme Manager not only interacts with just about everything we sell it not only has to be updated to new software but to be integrated into a new system. How to do it has been a call that has not been made yet, at least not to the best of my knowledge, and I ask a lot of questions around here. I won't make any promises how Theme Manager will get worked out in the end but I will make a promise that if I should hear more news I will report it (thought that will be unlikely needed as it will be announced I am sure). I wish I had more for you at the time but I don't and I am sorry.

Please be patient with us as we are moving through a massive scale evolution as a company. I'm very excited to see where this is all going myself.... :)
