how to make tough nuetrals, and need list

hi, cool game. id like to know with the GF editor, how do i make some realy tough nuetral planets, mabe give em some capital ships hangers ect.
also can some one post what all the planet type realy mean, ie waighted random random random true and all the rest its hard to figure out. thanks.

A few of us have been trying to figure it out with not much success.. will see what the devs say (I left a post about it in the GF guide thread).

I would like more info on the GF planet types as well.
