4 Quick Diplomacy questions

Hi, I recently played a game vs 5 ai. I'm pretty sure they all allied against me in the end. I have read many posts about people having issues with the ai breaking alliances, giving hard to complete missions and generally being hard to team with.

Question 1: Is there a way to check if the ai is allied with other ai players? Can I check an enemy ai's diplomacy ratings with the other players?

Question 2: I had a look for diplomacy mods but couldn't find any. Anyone know if there are any out yet?

question 3: Anyone know where/how I can edit the ai mission stats, like maybe the frequency the ai throws mission demands at you, or even how to modify the negative result of a failed mission. If I could make it so I get a 25% relationship boost for a completed mission and maybe a 10% drop for a failed one that would be great!
