Allegiance problems

Allegiance can be boost by a capital planet or broadcasting stuffs but is there any other way to increase the allegiance than that?

The only other way is the Advent tech for +10% max allegience.

Imo it'd be great if stationing an army near a planet would also temporarily increase that planet's allegiance.(Simular to M:TW, where stationing a large army in cities can affect loyalty and prevent riots.)

In the beta, capital ships would provide "allegiance"
