Is it just me or is some of the text in the game plaqued by bad grammar?
Anyway, here is the important question!!!!
I was trying to make a super economic/industrial sector that would build all my big ships and projects, but it seems that all my planets spend money on production even when there is nothing q'ed. So now i have every planet building something...usually constructors because it seems there is a use it or lose it appoarch to production points and their cost...is this correct?
