question about the download and the boxed version

I want to buy the game only one thing holding me back

HI people

i have been reading reviews, preview, listened to pod casts. and reading the forum.

Only one thing I'm worried about.
If i buy the boxed version do i still need the StartDock Contorle center to play the game?

no, then you just install the game from the DVD like any other

But if you want updates, you will need Stardock Central

Stardock is not like Starforce as far I know, not worry about download Stardock.
