Mouse Sensitivity

How can I increase the mouse sensitivity? I find the standard mouse sensitivity too slow.

Bump. Nobody knows how to increase the speed of the mouse pointer in SoaSE?

Seriously. I have an 1800 DPI mouse with a 10k polling rate and I really need to reduce the mouse sensitivity =(

Use program specific settings? I mean if you have a mouse with that kind of performance, its bound to have profiling software. Or a number of settings to switch to on the fly.

I have the latest Logitech MouseWare 9.79 and my mouse cursor is set to fast and smooth. However these settings don't translate into the Sins of Solar Empire game. There are no profiles for games with MouseWare. There's no mouse sensitivity option in the SoaSE options either.

Strange question then, what Logitech mouse are you using? Since my own G5 does have a SetPoint addition for program specific mouse button and sensitivity settings.

Or does the mouse itself have variable sensitivity? Then you could just switch it down a gear when you start Sins.

I have the Logitech MX700 Cordless Optical Mouse. http://www.hardwarecentral.com/hardwarecentral/reviews/article.php/1480171 . The sensitivity settings in MouseWare have no effect on the sensitivity in Sins.

Nobody knows what to do?

I don't feel like going into my settings and adjusting my mouse sensitivity every time I want to play SoSE because it lacks a basic feature every PC game should have.

Weird... they have a mouse wheel sensitivity... but no mouse movement sensitivity.

I just fired up the game this evening... and that is the only beef I have right now. I can't move my mouse and slower lol.
