login trouble

I am havign trouble logging in, it says account cannot be found,and i no i made an account on the site to download patch inorder to play online, i got the game 2 days ago and i jsut tryed to day. and so i go to create an account. When i do this it says cd key is already in use, and im guessing that its from when i had to register to the site to download the patch, so i dotn no what to do, can anyone help me?
