How do I turn this off?

Notice my notification area? Every time I turn on the PC this little pop-up appears. Yes I am aware that I have some startup programs disabled. I did that on purpose. How do I get Vista to quit showing me this pop-up?

The programs I turned off using MSconfig.

Did you try using Tweak Vista to turn the programs off instead? It's the way I got around the msconfig warning.

Can you give me a link for your wall?

right click on the icon in the systray and tell it to run the blocked apps. the blocked app it's telling you about is pretty much msconfig's dialog telling you that some apps are stopped. once that dialog opens, click in the box to tell windows to not tell you there are blocked apps each time you reboot. that popup will go away until the next time you use msconfig to stop another app from loading
