M2 is a cpu hog. Pretty graphically intense, but a big cpu hog.

Specs are def. needed to answer your question.

Right click on My Computer. Select properties. Look where it says Computer: and it'll list your processor and its speed, along with how much RAM you have.

For your video card, click on the Hardware tab. Then click on Device Manager. In Device Manager, you want to click on the plus sign next to Display adapters. Listed there should be your video card.

What is your processor, how much RAM do you have, and what is your videocard... for starters.

If you don't know, copy and paste your entire dxdiag in this thread. (To do that, in XP go to start menu -> run -> type in "dxdiag" and hit enter -> let it run -> hit save all info -> save it to your desktop -> open the file, then copy the entire thing to this thread)

I don't know if Vista does it differently.

Ron Lugge is right : posting the DX Diagnostic info (even if it is a lengthy text) is the best way to know a lot about your computer's hardware and software specs.

PS. Your 3.0 GHz Pentium D processor is enough. Your RAM is enough. I do not know about that model of video card.

The DX Diag text would tell us the DATE of your video drivers : that, also, is important.
