Why isn't it giving me an option to submit scores to Metaverse?

Here's the deal, I have played 5 games I am connected to the internet via DSL , All the updates load properly from Stardock, I have the latest version. i have registerd the game and my player name several times on both the Stardock amd at Galciv, and It still doesn;t give me an option to submit my scores to Metaverse! All it does after the Summary screen is go back to the Start screen. While submitting scores isn't a make or break feature to me, I would like to be able to use it especially since the game doesn;t have its own high score list to save my best scores.

Now given all of the above, can someone give me an answer as to what I may need to do to be able to start submitting scores?

I would appreciate getting some input on this as I would like to be able to participate in the metaverse part of the game. As of right now, even when I start a gamer through Stardock, so I know i am connected, when I hit done after a game it still drops me to the Start screen without ever giving me an option to submit my score.

I have a dial up DSL connection and when I get to the summary screen I have to minimize it dial up, then go back and click done so that I get the submit screen.

Also check for a firewall, if the main program cannot connect with site you don't get the screen. Also the program is not very forgiving, the first time I did it I got an alert from my firewall that it was attempting a connection, I told the firewall to allow it, but galciv did not attempt another reconnection.

Sound's like a firewall issue to me. There were issues along this line before, but I'm not sure if the CheckForInternet() code had to be tweaked, or if the users had to do someting on their end. I'll talk to the guy that did the submission code when he gets in and see what he suggests ;)

I'd like an answer to this too as I'm having the same problem - I'm not given the option to submit my victories but eveything else seems to be working just fine.
