Install Problems

Every time I try to play the game, it asks me to install it again. I have installed the game, and it shows up in the start menu, but it only gives me the option to install at the title screen. If I install it, and then run the game when it is done, it works fine, but after I exit, I have to reinstall it to play it again.

Are you using the autoplay launcher on the disc? Note that the disc is not required to play, so it is only made for installation.

If this issue is with the actual game launcher (run via the start menu), there's probably something wrong in the registry. But you should be able to update your shortcut to point directly at Sins of a Solar Empire.exe, and run the game without the launcher. That should work fine.
