Completion window has trouble displaying three completions

When there are two completions (or only one) they display fine in the completion list window (the list in the
bottom right of the main screen). When there are four or more completions two will display with a scroll bar
that allows you to see the rest of the list. But when there are only three completions, only the first two
are shown and there is no scroll bar to see the third. The only way to get to the third completion is to
click on one of the first two.
