Installation error

I am trying to install the game, but I keep getting this error:

Error reading from file: d:data\offline\ca21f9c0\68589853\effectship_psicolonypod.mesh.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Can anyone help me with this? I run Vista and am logged in as the administrator.

Ok, I tried it again and just got this error:

Sounds like either UAC is causing trouble for some reason or that you have a bad disc.
