Modding ship size

Ok, I downloaded the Mod Tools and I have looked through some of the files, but I have no idea what I am looking for to change the size of the ships. Does anybody have an idea of what I should be looking for. It's not just the ships either. I would like to make the planets and sun bigger as well.

To change the size of ships/planets you need to resize the model itself. That would be the mesh files.
Im not sure if the mod tools will allow you to do that
