Cannot access game to download

I've purhcased the game online, but was not given or sent a link/serial with which to download my copy of the game. I have also somehow been charged twice on my credit card. I've made multiple efforts to contact Stardock, but apparently they close up after 4 PM and on weekends, and I've recieved no response to my e-mails. This is my last option of communication before I resign myself to having completely wasted 90 dollars, at least for the rest of the weekend. Can anyone be of any help?

I paid with paypal, but thankfully I kept the window open when it redirected me back to the paid shopping cart and I noticed it defaulted to my paypal email address, not the one I intended to use.

I had to make another forum login with that email, log out and back into stardock central with the correct login, but after that I am downloading the game with no problems.
