Cannot access download of game

from Stardock Forums
I've purhcased the game online, but was not given or sent a link/serial with which to download my copy of the game. I have also somehow been charged twice on my credit card. I've made multiple efforts to contact Stardock, but apparently they close up after 4 PM and on weekends, and I've recieved no response to my e-mails. This is my last option of communication before I resign myself to having completely wasted 90 dollars, at least for the rest of the weekend. Can anyone be of any help?

Once you get charged, they will send you the serial, so the money have not been drawn from your account, they just hold it to check if you got enough.

I guess you will have to wait till monday about the 2x purchase to get one of them canceled.

You need stardock central to download the game, but you can only download when you get your serial code.

dont worry, you haven't lost $45, stardock is a nice bounce of people, they will fix it :)

I still haven't gotten my serial, but the charge on my account still says it's "Pending" and no change has been made to my actual ledger balance. So you're saying I should recieve my serial as soon as the charge goes through and my ledger balance is adjusted accordingly?

Assumably yes. You won't get anything without a finalized charge... we don't give games out for free, after all :)

Sales should be able to sort any double-charge for you on Monday.
