Bug (resolved v1.04): Keep playing with "peace treaty" causes ships to never again target space structures

After winning a 4 computer FFA with an ally (I had a peace treaty... and damn, I was aiming for that "Actually HAL I can do that" accolade but apparently peace doesn't count).

Well I won and I chose "keep playing" because I intended to break the peace treaty and steamroll the enemy as soon as the last opponent is beaten (so for me the game was not over yet)...

Well the enemy broke the peace treaty instantly (as soon as I clicked the keep playing button). As ordained we were unable to fight each other for a little bit, but eventually we could, and thats when I noticed that ships will absolutely NOT auto attack any tactical or logistic structures anymore...

They will kill off the enemy ships and bombard his planet, but they will not kill the turrets, or the mining bases, or the hangers. I had to manually kill them all.

I had to manually tell them to kill each and every orbital structure... they were just sitting there taking fire and not firing back...

I made a save of it if needed but I don't know if it saved the bug itself.

Eventually I proposed another peace treaty and when the AI rejected it the bug seems to have gone away.

can anyone confirm this bug? Or note that it has been seen by developers and will be addressed?

I don't suppose you tried just clicking 'go to war' once yourself? And frankly I'm not sure thats not some problem with the fact that you had 'kept playing'. You WON through being allied. Lol.

I can't click it, I am already at war and it is grayed out.

I got a hunch though, so I offered the AI peace, and when it was rejected my ships started attacking correctly again. So this is a bug that can be "fixed" in game, but a bug nonetheless... I am waiting for a developer to post here that he say it so I can let the thread die.
